This Design Document provides an outline for the course, Feedback Fundamentals. It includes the business goal and problem, the target audience, learning objectives, training recommendations with approximate seat time, deliverables, and assessment plan.
This training is for new hires at a healthcare revenue management company. Human resources has noticed a decrease in employee retention at the entry level positions and an increase in the hiring budget. HR administrators have determined these problems are attributed to new-employees lack of experience receiving professional feedback. Learners will be able to apply a growth mindset when receiving feedback and ask clarifying questions to promote productive feedback sessions.

This training is designed for entry level office assistants at a publishing company. Management has noticed an increase in client complaints about unprofessional emails, and an increase of time spent on emails daily. Learners will learn several time management techniques, company standards for composing and replying to emails.
